Welcome home intro tabs!!!

WELCOME HOME : Coheed and Cambria How to play The intro on guitar!!

A lot of times I see people playing tabs, and They can just look at it and play it easily.. Though with some mistakes, And sometimes they play it wrong.. I see a lot of guys doing this.

Which is correct for the most part, though, it sounds like when he plays the E open two times, it sounds slightly muted.. Because Claudio is sweeping the E string.
As with any fast paced intro like this, it would be best to play this slowly, so you can do it with no problem later and work your way up the speed bar.

The E sting that Claudio plays right before the intro sounds soft and gets more agressive as he plays the open E. I would demonstrate this, but I have a shitty microphone..

This is repeated until Either Travis or Claudio comes in with the heavy version of this riff.

For this you will need an Electric lead Guitar and Good pickups meant for a lead guitar. (Pickups NOT required but its easier to play without the stock Fender pickups or, pickups with short metal rods poking out..)

When you get to the last four chords on The end of the intro, All the strings except your Big E  are played Instead of Just those two strings..

Remember to go slow about this.. IT'S NOT A RACE!!!!!!!
